I hold a Bachelor's degree and have been an athlete my entire life, which sparked a lifelong passion for optimizing physical and mental performance. Over the years, I’ve focused deeply on scientific literature and evidence-based strategies to support mental health through natural and holistic methods without relying on pharmaceutical prescriptions whenever possible.

My approach is rooted in personal experience and scientific studies. I’ve dealt with Depersonalization-Derealization Disorder (DPDR) and understand how overwhelming and disorienting it can be. After investing nearly $10,000 in therapy and countless hours studying clinical research, I developed a structured and practical method that helped me make real progress by addressing the root causes, particularly through nervous system regulation.

While I’m not a doctor or licensed therapist, I offer mentorship based on lived experience and research-backed strategies. I’ve also become highly aware of how modern overstimulation, especially from phones and screens, can trigger or worsen DPDR symptoms. During my time in a high-stress sales job, I learned to manage these effects even while working 10-hour days on a computer.
